"Absolutely exhilarating. I've never felt more alive than the moment I stepped out of that water. The hot cocoa afterwards was the best I've ever had!"

- Sarah J.

"Was I scared? Yes. Did I do it? Yes. Will I do it again? Absolutely. It's for a great cause and the energy from the crowd is contagious."

- Mike T.

"Great family atmosphere. My kids loved sledding while I froze my toes off. The fire pits were a lifesaver."

- The Miller Family

Frequently Asked Questions

Is it safe?

No! This is inherently dangerous and you should not do it. However if you decide to anyway then it is your liability to ensure you have physician approval, are healthy enough and able to withstand the cold and shock to your mind and body.

What should I wear?

Most people wear a swimsuit, but you can wear a costume! We recommend bringing warm wool socks, a robe/parka for immediately after, and easy-to-put-on shoes.

Is there a place to change?

There will be stalls available to change but there will not be restrooms available.

Can kids participate?

Absolutely! Kids and spectators are free. They can plunge with a parent or just enjoy the sledding and snacks.
